Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes — if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, you can request a change or cancellation within a few hours of placing it. Contact our support team as soon as possible.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

We currently offer multiple secure online payment options. COD availability depends on your location and the type of product. If available, it will show up during checkout.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

No worries! If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
